Getting familiar with the Sagrada Familia
This post is part of the "An Españially detailed revisit of Barça" series.
Designed by Antonio Gaudi who worked on it during his last years, the Sagrada Familia is full of art, sculpture and symbolism.
It is still being constructed. Work had started in 1882 and is expected to finish by 2026, and is being funded by the sale of tickets to tourists. Zenzero is very proud that his ticket will contribute to the construction.
Zenzero starts off at the Passion Façade, then quickly looks at the Nativity Façade of the temple. Inside he sees massive coloums which open up to give the impression of trees, while a giant stained glass wall floods with inner space with colour and light. Zenzy also gets to look at some of the sculptor's concept drawings for these façades inside the museum. But what's this? Is a giant Zenzero outside the Temple? (Or is it just a 1/50 plaster model?)
Visiting the swell Park Güell
This post is part of the "An Españially detailed revisit of Barça" series.
Park Güell was originally designed to be a housing project but was commercially unsuccessful. But this 100 year old garden complex has become a successful tourist attraction, so much so that not only is it a UNESCO World Heritage Site, but Zenzero also so fit to visit the it. He was warmly welcomed to Gaudi's gem by the iconic Dragon, and by the several baskers around.

An Españially detailed revisit of Barça.
Zenzero is no stranger to the this principle Spanish city, he's already visited it before briefly. But this time he revisits almost all of the major attractions of the city. He visits the Ramblas, the Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, the Barcelona Pavilion, Joan Miró, PortaVentura, and works by other famous architects and artists. All followed by a spot of clubbing and a visit to the world famous Marsella Bar.
So join Zenzero as he jumps in to the action for this extensive look at the city of different colours and smells. But first, he jumps in to a pitcher of Sangria and a glass of Mojito.
