Gingerbread is spending a weekend in Milan and then he'll take of from Malpensa to San Francisco, where his trip across U.S.A. will start!

A hike in Sicily

During the busy exam period, Zenzero had the chance to had off for a quick hike in the beautiful Sicilian landscape.

After catching the MV Maria Dolores from Malta, he landed in Pozzallo, from where me marched on to the countryside between Noto and Ragusa.

Bolognese Bread Man

Zenzero has visited yet another Italian City, this time it's Bologna, home of King Enzo and the birthplace of the world famous Bolognese sause. There were many other foods which originated from this city, but not Gingerbread people. Here are some of Zenzero's shots.

The Conquest of Rome

The Capital city of the Italy, Rome has many traditions and a history as vast as its cuisine. It was the heart of the biggest Empire of the classical era which ruled most of the known world.

Zenzero visited the Colosseum. Inside it many Christians were eaten by lions. Sort of like children eating Gingerbreadmen in a sweet shop I guess.

One of the world's largest churches, being second in size within Italy only to Saint Peter's Basilica in Rome, and being the second largest Gothic cathedral in the world, after the Cathedral of Seville in Spain.

Zenzero goes to one of the world's most famous opera houses, La Scala.
