Portugal was one of the leading countries when it came to exploring back in the 16th and 17th centuries, and the most famous Portugese explorer is Vasco de Gama. The locals in Lisbon still adore him, so much so that they named several monuments after him, including the Vasco de Gama bridge which Zenzero has visited.
