Zenzero's first trip in France was a year ago. 365 days later Zenzy has already been to over a 20 locations, visited 9 countries, 2 continents, a blog which gets about 200 hits a day, and along the way made many many friends. To think that most Gingerbread People only last 5 minutes until they disappear. Yum Yum...

El Zenzero en Barcelona
Built by Hercules 400 years before the building of Rome, Barcelona is the capital of Catalonia and the first Spanish city visited by Zenzero. Barcelona has one of Europe's principal Mediterranean ports and contains many tourist destinations all which coundn't be reached my the Gingerbreadman's little legs. At the bottom of Las Ramblas, Zenz met the great explorer Christopher Colombus, who according to the legend is pointing towards the US, but isn't. Barcelona is also very famous for it's football team, with one it's best players being Ronaldinho. After coming across an usual street parade, Zenzero decided to stop and have a nice bottle of Estrella, the Spanish beer.
Exploring Lisbon, Portugal
Lisbon is the capital and largest city of Portugal. Which means Zenzero has visited one more European country. Portugal was one of the leading countries when it came to exploring back in the 16th and 17th centuries, and the most famous Portugese explorer is Vasco de Gama. The locals in Lisbon still adore him, so much so that they named several monuments after him, including the Vasco de Gama bridge which Zenzero has visited.
Gingerbreadman in Amsterdam
Wahey! Zenero decided to go to the largest reclaimed country in the world, Holland. Specifically the capital city of Amsterdam. Obviously as a guest in the country he had to abide by the local traditions. The first stop was obviously a coffee shop, the effects of which are evident in the way most of the photos are blurred later on. Zenzero then visited one of the many chanals of Amsterdam and the traditional skinny home facades. Nothing could finish off the trip like a Dutch Bulldog energy drink by the water.
Back to Milan!
Many trips left for Zanzero
Zenzero was born to travel (actually he was born to be eaten, but things have changed). He has many trips ahead of him especially this Summer. He will visit more Mediterranean countries. Maybe even Paris and Lisbon? Some city in Spain? Maybe he'll even go to the U.S.?
What's certain is that the adventures of Zenzero have only just began. World, here he comes!

Warsaw Rising
The capital of Poland, Warszawa, is a must see mix of old and new. Case in point are the Golden Terraces (Złote Tarasy) and the Palace of Culture which are found in front of each other. Zanzero couldn't resist not taking a photo at the top of the latter with Warsaw below him, but by the time he got back down, he had to visit Norman Foster's Biurowiec Metropolitan Building at night.
Landing in Poland: First stop, Łódź
Bolognese Bread Man
Zenzero has visited yet another Italian City, this time it's Bologna, home of King Enzo and the birthplace of the world famous Bolognese sause. There were many other foods which originated from this city, but not Gingerbread people. Here are some of Zenzero's shots.
The famously phallic Nettuno (Neptune)
The Due Torre (Two Towers) symbol of Bologna
